This is the Feb. 26 Colorado Chemical Demilitarization Citizens’ Advisory Commission online meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss topics related to the closure of the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP), at the U.S. Army Chemical Materials Activity-West, formerly known as the U.S. Army Pueblo Chemical Depot (PCD). Highlights from the meeting are listed below.
- At approximately 0:10, the meeting is called to order by Irene Kornelly, chair, CAC, who asks for approval of the agenda and minutes of the Dec. 11 CAC meeting.

He noted interest from outside prospects, including data centers, energy providers and aerospace companies. John Norton, citizen member, CAC, asks whether there is interest by any nuclear companies.
- At approximately 28:36, Colleen Brisnehan, hazardous waste program manager, CDPHE, provides an update on permitting activity, including three main-plant permit modifications and two notices of deficiency.
